12 oz bag frozen organic cauliflower rice
Approximately 1.5 cups of clean organic bone broth (without preservatives or additives) Kettle and Fire Grass Fed Beef Bone Broth or Kettle and Fire Chicken bone broth is recommended (add a little more broth if needed)
1.5 to 2 cups previously cooked grass fed ground beef or shredded previously slow cooked organic chicken (organic plain rotisserie chicken will work too) (use chicken broth if using chicken; we've used chicken broth with beef)
