My Spiralizer has quickly become one of my favorite kitchen gadgets or tools. I use it several times a week now. Clink this link https://youtu.be/zKPtXRHKaIA for my quick video on how to make zucchini noodles (aka zoodles) using a Spiralizer. Zoodles are one of my favorite noodle replacements.
The Spiralizer is super easy, and you can make all kinds of fun noodles with zucchini, yellow squash, beets, butternut squash, sweet potatoes, cucumbers and more. I recommend the one in the link here http://amzn.to/2i1qfbs (affiliate link). I just bought this particular one for my sister for her last birthday. It has more blades than mine. I may upgrade soon to have more blades. I use this several times a week.
I simply sauté these with avocado oil, coconut oil, olive oil or red palm oil until soft, add meat and pink Himalayan salt for a whole meal. Add a homemade tomato sauce if desired. I recommend Organico Bello if you are going to buy a store bought one. This sauce has clean, organic ingredients with no added sugar. It can be found at Sprouts, Jet.com and Amazon. It is expensive on Amazon unless you buy it in bulk. See this link http://amzn.to/2vHljO9. Amazon has been offering coupons on the first orders for a few of these sauce varieties.
You can also make these noodles ahead of time. Store in glass Tupperware raw in the fridge for several days, and pull out during the week to cook for a quick dinner.
